I am extra proud of this picture because she broke my old diving record ten years ago and I am also her coach.

How it was done you ask? My camera is not actually this fast in frames per second. I had her do a dive 3 times and each time I let my camera go on continuous shooting mode. The whole shoot time took only 5 minutes during practice. After our practice I went home and worked in photoshop for about an hour and compiled the best pictures. I brought it to practice the next day and everyone was in awe. She was able to examine her form at the same time and improve her dive. This photo was published in the Milpitas Post newspaper as the front page for the High School Spring Sports Preview 2005.
